Shipping, Billing & Returns

We offer free shipping within the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If you signup today, your box will ship on the 5th next month and each month after that. All renewals bill the following month on the 10th. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping takes ~2-3 business
You are billed when you first signup and each following month on the 10th.
For example, if you sign up between April 1st - 30th, you will be billed immediately at checkout and your first box will be ship on May 5th. Monthly plans will be rebilled again on May 10th and your next box will ship on June 5th.
For prepaid plans, you pay everything upfront and your boxes begin shipping on the 5th of the month starting next month. You will be rebilled once your prepaid plan ends for the same prepaid plan. This will continue for the lifetime of your subscription (which automatically renews) until you decide to cancel via the customer login or by contacting us at email@example.com
It may take 2-7 business days to receive your shipment after receiving your tracking email.
We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges; all boxes and subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable. If a product has been damaged during transit or is missing, please contact our help team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
