SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within the US. 

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 

When are orders shipped?
*Due to COVID-19, you may experience some delays, especially during the holidays, due to shipping carriers

Your first box will ship on the 5th of next month. All renewals also ship on the 5th of each month.

How long does it take to ship?
It may take 2-7 business days to receive your shipment after receiving your tracking email.

What if I need to change my shipping address or if my box was shipped to the incorrect address?
All changes can be made in your Account Settings. If you are moving, please make sure you change your shipping address before your billing date. If an address was incorrectly entered at checkout or changed in the Account Settings, you will be shipped to the address we have on file at the time of billing and we cannot reship another box until the original is returned back to our warehouse. All reshipments are subject to a $10 reshipping fee.


BILLING

When do you get billed? 

You are billed when you first signup and each following month on the 10th (monthly plans automatically renew and you will be billed again the following month and each month thereafter until you cancel).

For example, if you sign up between April 1st - 30th, you will be billed immediately at checkout and your first box will be ship on May 5th. Monthly plans will be rebilled again on May 10th and your next box will ship on June 5th.

All renewals are billed on the 10th. 

How do you bill prepaid subscriptions?
Prepaid subscriptions will be billed for the full amount of the term at the time of purchase. Your boxes ship each month on the 5th for the duration of your plan. Prepaid subscriptions auto-renew, for the same plan, after the initial term ends. 

How does auto-renewal work for a monthly subscription?
Monthly plans will be reoccurring until you cancel. After your initial signup, you are rebilled on the 10th of each month going forward.

Do pre-paid subscriptions automatically renew?
Prepaid subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled after receiving the last box. For example, if you signup for a 3-month subscription, you will be billed $126 for the full 3-months at time of purchase and then after your 3rd month, you will be rebilled for another 3-month plan in full on the 10th after you receive your 3rd box.

Where can I make changes to my subscription, address or billing details?
You can manage your subscription options, automatic renewal, and billing details in your Account Settings.

Do I have to pay Tax?
Only if you live in New York state.

Can I combine promo codes?
Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one promo code may be used. 

Can I use a promo code with a prepaid subscription?
Yes, but the discount will be applied to your first month's box only.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges; all boxes and subscriptions are non-refundable and final sale. If a product has been damaged during transit or you are missing an item, please contact our team at info@essentialscrate.com.


CANCELLATION POLICY

How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please make the changes in your Account Settings.

You must cancel before the billing date to avoid further charges. If you cancel after your billing date, your order will be processed and we unfortunately cannot reverse the shipment or the charge. If there are extenuating circumstances, please email us.

Can I cancel a prepaid subscription before it ends?
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term; if you signed up for a 3- or 6-month subscription, you will receive all of your pre-paid boxes. If you have any questions or concerns due to extenuating circumstances, please email info@essentialscrate.com.
